may I use the code in header?

    By the sounds of it your theme doesn’t allow you to use shortcodes in the header area of your site. Try having a look HERE as that should fix the problem you’re having.

    in a widget area it works fine. but it does not work when I use the short code just in a code of .php templates files. header.php single.php page.php etc.

    Hi Ruson,

    Shortcodes are not designed to work inside php files, they have to be put in posts/pages/widgets etc.
