May not work for Multi Site Installations

I run WordPress Multi Site and the plugin does not function correctly. My issue is that my child sites point to a domain other than the one they are edited from. For example, I edit child site 1 at example.site.org. However the site is viewed at examplesite.com. The plugin thinks the URL is child.site.org, but I should be able to edit it to be examplesite.com.
