May we use " text link" to open popup ?

@yogasankara – Have you checked out the Getting Started Guide? Specifically the Opening a Popup section covers this. This was the default function of this plugin before v1.1 introduced Auto Open.

@yogasankara – Did you read the link i posted? It outlines exactly what your after. Yes it is possible by adding the popmake-# class to any html element.

@yogasankara – When you go to the Popups page where you see a list of the ones you have created you will see there both a popmake-123 and popmake-name-of-my-popup classes there.

Adding either of those to a link, image, div, span etc will result in that link opening the popup with matching ID # or name.

For example.

Popup with ID 123 and name of test could be opened by any html element with a class of popmake-123 or popmake-test.

@yogasankara – We are actually using glotpress ( official translation software of WordPress ) for translations but are moving to WPML which will show progress of each translation and also breaks down % of translation done by each user.

I will be glad to invite you later tonight to do translations for us. If you translate a good % of the core I will gladly give you a bundle of our extensions, or if you are tighter on time and can translate some of the extensions themselves I will give you every extension you translate for us.

As for your problem have you set up targeting conditions to load the popup on the pages you need it on?

A popup must be loaded(targeted) on any page you want to use it on. If not the link will act as it normally would.

@yogasankara – Awesome. Glotpress is basically poedit in the browser so no file management is neccessary. WPML take this further and builds translation management into WordPress itself.
