  • Marking as resolved; if anyone else is interested in the answer, yes this was an issue with the connectivity with the API service, we made changes in the code to decentralize the HTTP requests and added more nodes in our network to mitigate these issues in the future so it does not conflicts with the normal workflow of the websites.
