Thanks for the reply; I hope you see I was referring to the mailgun service. After I registered with my own domain account, I got an instant you are not verified, you need to verify your business data account.

Then in their FAQ I found a lengthy requirement, as if getting a USA entry visa, and instruction to email their support@mailgun…

Then I emailed that email they mention; only to be told they no longer accept emails!!! They want you to contact them via their contact form…

Sorry that is crazy, all that is to just make use of your plugin which might be GREAT; but it depends on time-wasters and scammer-acting people; don’t tell me its a free account then give me the run around (I am speaking of mailgun)

If you compare that with mandrill; you get a free account in TWO seconds and start sending… WOW…

Sometimes if you are using a dynamic IP to connect to the Internet you could be flagged like this because someone else misused the same IP earlier.

I’ve faced a similar issue with Mandrill, they don’t block you when you signup. When I started sending the 3rd email they queued it (insetead of snding it) and presented me with this same questionnaire.

Since this is their key they might regenerate it after sometime.

If you’re able to login to Mailgun you can find your own public API key on the dashboard.

If logging in is also disallowed contact them using this form and tell them that you intend to use only their Email Validation service.

And if that public API key works consider changing your rating ??
