Maybe registred wrong email – Lost password thus dont get mail with new

  • HI I cant log in to my website because i forgot my password. I requested a new but I dont get the mail. And maybe I have registred a wrong email as I dont get anything from WordPress.

    I do receive other emails

    What can I do

    What’s the link to your site?

    The accounts on your own site are not connected to this place in anyway. An account in these forums will not get you access to any self-hosted WordPress site.

    If you can’t get into your WordPress site then give this a read about resetting your password on your own site.

    It’s lengthy but the methods there are needed when you cannot log into your site via the normal WordPress dashboard.
