Maybe warn in admin if T and C page not set

    I’ve tested this with a pre-release of WooCommerce 3.3 and checkout fails with

    Bad value: merchant_urls.terms (must be a valid http or https URI)

    Turns out that that is because I have no page selected in WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Terms and Conditions

    May I suggest a wp-admin notice if the merchant has failed to choose a page?
