    Hi! I need help because we are not receiving the WooCommerce notifications for orders paid with MB Way. The status order in WooCommerce is “pending payment” yet, even if the customer paid (and we received the email from IfthenPay). Any suggestion?

  • Have you enabled the callback with IfthenPay?

    You need to do it on the MB Way settings section.

    Hi! I did and it worked but the last 2 orders I didn’t receive the notification anymore

    Please enable debug for this payment method and send us the logs of a day where a credit card payment was made but the order was not set as paid for, please.

    For privacy: you can use info @ webdados . pt to send the logs, and then we’ll take it from here again.

    The website changed URL and the new callback URLs were not informed to IfthenPay.

    We updated the URLs and it should resume without issues now.
