mbs (made by simple) premium slideshow issue

I’ve had MBS premium slideshow plugin running (I bought it a couple years ago). I understand the company closed or stopped supporting the product a year ago, however from what I can tell lots of people still use it. My only question is when you have a non-flash site – it displays the pictures in a wordpress like thumbnail gallery – is there a way to make it not display the slideshow at all if no-flash support is detected?
