    Hello there,

    In your Ninjaforms integration instructions page it says: “Note that adding the checkbox to the form on its own won’t do anything, you also need to add the MailChimp action to the form!”

    Could you explain how to make sure that only checked form submissions are added to the list? Or do we need to add everything to the list and then remove the ones without the checkbox?

    Hi,

    If you activate the Mailchimp action, and add a checkbox, people will only be subscribed if they check the box.

    Hi thanks for the reply but how do we link that Ninjaforms checkbox to MC4WP? I doubt that just adding a checkbox to a Ninjaforms would link it automatically to MC4WP unless I’m missing something here.

    Hey @pmaheepala.

    The checkbox field is specific to our plugin. When you go to the section to add fields, you will see “MailChimp Optin” checkbox that you need to add to your form.

    Many thanks for the clarifications. Now it makes sense as your documentation doesn’t mention anything about the “MailChimp Optin” checkbox. It gave me the impression that we just need to add ‘any’ checkbox. Maybe you could update the documentation so it becomes clearer.
