MCA over capacity On Merchant Centre

    Hi,
    I am getting Capacity issues Buy on Google MCA over capacity error message on merchant center. Due to this, I cant run shopping ads. I just updated the plugin to the latest version. Any idea?

    I understand you’re running into over capacity warnings from Google Listings & Ads.

    Buy on Google is not officially supported by the Google Listings & Ads extension. A result of that, the capacity WooCommerce has is quite low in that area.

    While we are currently coordinating with Google to have that capacity increased to avoid this in the future I don’t have an estimated timeframe as to when those changes may happen.

    So in this instance, if the limits are causing you issues running your ads properly, then the only option would be to unlink your account from the WooCommerce MCA. We are not able to unlink accounts from our end so you would need to contact Google to discuss that possibility.
