    Hi,

    I tried using the MDC author pluggin for displaying an image banner on my page.The installation and activation were successful.
    After uploading the banner image via users->MDC Author Banner, i used the shortcode [mdc_author_banner_url] in the text area of the page. In the preview the banner image is not loaded and instead only the URL is displayed. How do I display the banner using this shortcode? Or do we have any other shortcode ?
    I am a non-technical user.

    This shortcode [mdc_author_banner_url] returns the image URL, not the image. You need to use in an img tag.
