• Hello,

Occasionally, we are still having the error “mDocs Error: Memphis has terminated due to a faulty nonce check” when accessing the folders. Clearing the cache seems to work as a workaround but it’s not a sustainable approached.

The topic was previously mentioned here but no fixed was cleary provide then.

mDocs is accessed by clients in logged in sessions, so we would definitely like to fix it.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Still struggling with this error (https://monosnap.com/file/IzerHFNOaVjQloQBdnJX3s40bJzV9o).

Any idea how to diagnose and fix it?

    Thanks

sorry my friend, as stated before this is a server or browser issue not an mDocs issue. The methodology I us is right out of the WordPress handbook for safe Ajax calls. If it is not working there is something not right with your configuration and or settings.

Without a working knowledge of your server configuration I can’t be helpful.

    Hello, @bhaldie

I really don’t know where to start looking… What server configuration are you talking about? Does it help to contact the host provider? Asking for what?

    Thanks

    Hello, @bhaldie

Could this message, provided by hosting company, be related with the issue?

[13-Aug-2019 11:30:09 UTC] PHP Warning: unlink(/tmp/mdocs-export.zip): No such file or directory in /home/cebsolut/public_html/wp-content/plugins/memphis-documents-library/includes/mdocs-downloads.php on line 70

    Thanks

this issue is a conflict with another plugin, you will need to disable all plugins then enable them one at a time until the problem returns.
