Meal Prep Subscription with WooCommerce Subscription….HELP!!!

I am trying to rebuild my current meal prep subscription website with woocommerce in order to add more features such as gift cards, promo-codes, and enhance the overall user experience on my website.
I am currently using a wordpress site with woocommerce subscriptions plug-in.
The issue I am running into is it seems like I have to set up my meals as either “Group Subscriptions” or “Variable Subscriptions” in order to allow users the ability to modify the meals in their subscription. When I do this, the user experience for a customer to modify the meals they have in their subscription is terrible. They have to modify each individual selection and then checkout and then modify the next meal. What plug-ins can I use to get a better use experience?
The other hurdle I can’t seem to overcome is for me to be able to modify peoples meal subscription in bulk. Every 2-3 weeks we rotate out meal items. So if we have 6 meal options, we might remove 3 and add 3 new meal options. Is there a way where people who have 1 meal that is being rotated out will get the new meal being rotated in automatically added to their subscription?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My friend (programmer) and I are working on this but we are just not familiar with all the different plug-ins that might be able to help us here.

To help us understand better, can you explain a little more? Do people order several meals in a bundle, or one meal per week, or they can choose this?
I took a look at your site as it is currently to see if I can understand the business model.
I wondered whether Product Bundles rather than the standard Grouped product model that comes included with core WooCommerce would work better, and I found this use case referring to another extension All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions would suit your needs.
Using All Products would also prevent you having to list each meal twice (single vs subscription).
