Meaning of Items / Item Count

    I absolutely love the plugin, simple and effective dashboard with the main stats that I need. I have one question / doubt however, in most tabs I see “Item Count”, for example under Monthly theres a “Monthly Item Counts” chart. What is this exactly? Since we have word count on the left hand side, shouldn’t we have post count on the right? Any chance we make this update?

    Items isn’t probably all that useful, but it’s the number of “category groups” that contributed to the word count. So for example, on most sites a category group is something like “Published Posts” and “Unpublished Pages”.

    If you scroll down to your “Monthly Statistics” table below the graphs and find the line for January, then look across at the six categories, two of them will be non-zero totals.

    Post/Page count would probably make more sense, I’ll look into changing it.
