Measure Pros and Cons on a scale of 1 to 5

  • Hi,

    I’m actually searching a plugin that will calculate from 1 to 5 the values enter on a form (king on survey) to measure the Pros and the Cons of my questions. I’m using Contact form 7, but did not figure how to do that! I’m newbie to this world… Can I do that ?

    If Cons than it will decrease the survey total value, if Pros than it will increase it
