MEC and Divi Integration

Is it possible to convert MEC Single Event Pages into Posts?

I am using Divi and want to be able to display Single Events in the Blog Module. I can choose EVENTS as the Post Type, but then I have no way (that I know of) to filter the results so I only show 1 Event Category.
