MEC event settings moved to right side of screen & options cut off

Normally, when creating a new post page all WP settings were in a column on the right side of my screen (category, tags, featured image etc.) and if creating an MEC event page, those options (date, time, organizers etc.) were below the content on the bottom of my screen. I don’t know what I did but when creating a new event for MEC the WP post page is now showing all event options on the right side of my screen where page/block settings are. The problem is that the actual options are being cut off and I can’t access them or add events properly. (I see them when I try to drag the section away from the right side.) They are cut off the screen even if I alter my browser window to be at 70% zoom. What did I accidentally do to change this view? How do I put the view back to how it was on the bottom? I can’t create a new event because the date and organizer is cut off and I can’t access it. (This was working fine and on the bottom of my browser page earlier so I must’ve done something accidentally).

I don’t know what happened from one minute to the next. As I said, when creating a new event all of the event details to input used to be at the bottom of my page (date, organizer etc..) below the post content and for some reason this area suddenly switched to the right hand side of my screen/page mixed in with WP options (featured image, categories etc).
Because this area is a slim column, half of the options are being cut off and I can’t access them (but can see them being cut off).
The event details is the only section on the right that has a double headed arrow cursor (No WP options do) – though I can’t show you because it doesn’t show when trying to take a screen shot or print screen, and when I try to drag the section that is where I can see what is being cut off but it doesn’t actually allow me to drag it out of the right hand side – just to a higher or lower spot in the column and there is no horizontal scroll bar at the bottom to allow me access to it. SEE IMAGE below to see what it looks like as I drag the section (before letting go of the mouse button) – I can temporarily see what was being cut off.
I hope this makes sense. PLEASE help me figure out how this happened.
