Media added in text is not responsive

Hi,

I am working on an website which uses divi builder and has an elegant theme installed.

I have a problem when I insert any kind of media in the text – my main concern is regarding the images – the media is not responsive and all the layout is damaged because you can’t read anything on a mobile device. I really don’t understand why. It is the first time I encounter this problem. I also tried the normal editor of wordpress and not the divi builder but it does the same thing.
