Media and Text Block Changing Paragraphs to Quotes and Heading

The problem is now worse than when I posted a week ago. I have a link to an example now.

WordPress thinks the first paragraphs in my media and text blocks are quotes and heading, and is publishing them with the bold line and quotation marks, with big text.

The text part of the block is definitely set to paragraph style. I’ve tried changing styles back and forth to see if that’ll reset it, but that hasn’t helped.

This isn’t using a plug-in. It’s an original WordPress block, which has previously worked just fine with my theme. How it should look is just paragraph-style text next to the image.
