My site was an add on domain on the hosting account of another of my sites, I moved it to its own hosting account. So the domain name and none of the URLs changed. I backed up SQL and copied the database using phpmyadmin and did a full copy of the site using FTP. Everything seemed to go fine. I had a couple of problems initially until I finally remembered to install all of my plugins again and then I finally got the permalinks correct. And then I tried to upload an image (error) and then I went to my media library and nothing. When I click on the media library it just sits and rolls and never loads anything, if I try to upload a picture I get the maximum execution time error in the functions.php folder (the same error I was getting until I finally got all of my plugins installed and working correctly). What is so odd is that all of the images throughout my website are working perfectly except the photo gallery page that gets an error. I tried reinstalling wordpress using the automatic install on the site, it went fine but did not fix the problem. This really has me stumped.

Hi guys, I actually stumbled upon this solution and resolved it myself lol: I went to Settings Media and deleted the file path, it defaulted to the correct file path and viola, all fixed.
