Media button inactive after 4.0 upgrade

    Media button no longer works at all. Nothing happens. It started after 4.0 update.
    Using Customizr theme. Problem not local; happens on two computers with cleared cache and a total of 4 browsers.

    Switching to default 2014 theme also doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?
