Media Carousel lightbox not working

    Hi there!

    First of all thanks for the amazing page builder. Works like a charm.

    But I do have a problem. I’m using the “Media Carousel” plugin. But for some reason the play-icon/image links directly to the full images. No video, no lightbox. Just out of the box Elementor widget.

    Disabled and empty the cache etc. No other plugin is active. Tried default themes but no luck…

    I’m stuck here. Any idea?

  • Elementor’s Media Carousel is part of the Pro package, that includes premium support on our ticketing system. It is more recommended to ask there because the support is faster for Pro users.

    Thanks Ben! For the record. This problem is already solved. I unchecked the lightbox setting in the Elementor settings page. Maybe it’s an idea to add a comment on the media carousel widget that this setting is necessary. I took some hours to find out ??
