Media Cleaner does not Scan

    Hi!! I have a problem with Media Cleaner, I tried to use it in my simulation website but when I run it, it just keeps running without giving any results or media to analyze (tough I have many duplicate files) for more than 2 hours.

    Could you help me out please? Would appreciate any tips on how to fix it

    Do you have any error messages anywhere? Could you please check your PHP server log, as well as your developer’s console log and network tab, to check your server responses during the scan? Without more details, “not working” could be related to a lot of factors. Thanks!
