Media error: format(s) not supported on iOS only

    Hi guys,

    Firstly, great job on a great plugin. Does 100% of what I need and works on Desktop and Android no problem, but I’m getting an error on iOS mobile (and probably tablet, but don’t have an iPad to test).

    The error shows in white text with the poster image for the video and says:

    Media Error: format(s) not supported – source(s) not found

    Also, my splash screen video intro is also not working, but that is not using your plugin, so I think the issue might be something specifically about iOS and my site, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, We have run some tests on our site. The plugin seems to be working fine on iOS. However, we encountered the same error with your video. Is it a H.264 encoded mp4 file?

    Thanks for the prompt reply. It is H.264, 30fps, but I’ll get again as a webm and see if I have any luck.

    Update: The video file was AV1 encoded. Switching to H.264 fixed the issue.
