Media error WordPress 3.7.1

  • I have some erros for my wordpress 3.7.1 (ps i can’t update wordpress)

    I got my troubleshooting without add a plugins, this is very strange

    When I go to Posts > Add Media Button … the libary is blank. If I go to upload a new photo then it will give me “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

    If I go into the Media > Library the image that just gave me an error will be there and I cannot see all the library images.

    If i go to the ftp, i can see images, they are uploads but i can add it in the text editor by add media button.
    Anyone can help me please?

  • Hello,

    The most current version of WordPress is 3.9.1 (not 3.7.1).
    If you are not using version 3.9.1; I would strongly suggest updating.

    I’m not sure how much help we can be otherwise.

    My first suggestion would be to deactivate ALL of your plugins, and see if the issue persists.

    hi Josh, thank you for the fast answer.
    I can not update my web site because there are some themes and plugins which is wrong coded( coded with the old version of Php)! The probem occurs without change anything in themes and plugins content. It’s verry strange.
