Media File renamer

I haven installed this plugin and it finds the filenames that need changing fine but then it suggests that the desired filename is the original one which is what I am trying to fix

eg original filename IMG_123.jpg. IT then suggests the desired filename should be IMG_123 when perhaps it should be suggesting the title of the post eg AFrica ??

Any ideas?
