Media files not displaying properly

  • Hi guys

    Could there be a reason why media files uploaded in wordpress don’t display properly, both in back-end and front-end?

    If yes, then any idea on how I can fix the problem?

  • Check that file permissions are 644 and then try to load the media file URL in a Browser. If any errors they should show up in the error logs.

    If using cPanel they can be found using:
    cPanel -> Metrics -> Errors
    cPanel -> File Mgr. -> logs (seen in far left-hand side of page)
