media files not uploading

  • Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2015/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    after changing the file permissiom also i am unable to upload the files

  • Ask your hosting for help with this. And if you are really using WP3.6 – get updated ASAP – that’s a huge security risk.
