Media FIles Not Uploading from User Panel

Hello there fellows: Need help…
my website #factorypk was working fine few days back. Its basically a user posting based site. The problem is when a user try to upload an img on by clicking on select media button it reload the same page showing errors Please submit an image for your property. which is basically check if image is attached with post or not. On other hand image uploading for mobile users is working fine. for reference please see imgs
