Media files not uploading on S3 bucket

Hi,
I have an issue with saving media files to my S3 bucket using WP Offload media lite plugin.
I have other websites and all of them seem to be having this same issue. New media does not get updated on the S3 bucket.
Initially when I upload I can see the s3 bucket image url however when I refresh it changes to the same domain url link and notice that S3 bucket remains empty.

The S3 bucket is publicly set and also assigned a role to the iam user just as instructed on the wp offload media documentation. These keys have also been added to the wp-config.php. The plugin doesn’t show a connection error.

Please help on how I could start uploading media to the S3 bucket ?
