You’ll need to turn on the plugin and check the javaScript Console to see what is causing the problem.

This problem is still unresolved. Would prefer to reload older version of Wordfence. Is that possible?

Did you enable the JavaScript console like I asked? Did you see any errors in red? If you aren’t replying I can’t help.
