Media-Files Subdomain (media.domain.com) and Super Cache?

Hi,
first of all: AWESOME Plugin ??
until recently I had my pictures on the main domain (uploads folder), now they are on a subdomain. Does it work with WP Super Cache? And if so, I need to make settings?
