Media Icon not consistent in Post Listings?

  • Hi,

    I just would like to know why some of my video posts have a video icon before the post title in the Post Listings (in the Dashboard)?

    It seems to be random and I cannot find any option in the Edit Posts editor where I could cause this icon to appear or not to appear?

    So, why does this icon appear in some post with videos and not in other posts with videos?

    Let me apologise firstly, as I am NOT here to give you an answer, but to ASK YOU how to START a Forum Post (questions) MYSELF, so that I can get answers TO my own questions!

    I hope you are O.K. with this!?

    I am a 100% complete Newbie to www.ads-software.com AND to the WordPress PLATFORM itself!

    I have looked “everywhere” inside this “www.ads-software.com” website and I am blowed if
    I can find any INSTRUCTIONS on where to go to START my own Technical Support Post!

    I know there are NUMEROUS support Forums…even listed HERE, but no CLEAR way is shown with regards to getting TO any of those Forums!

    I found my way easily enough to THIS page (inside www.ads-software.com):

    Then from the list I chose THIS Person: “Best Technical Support” at THIS link:

    But how in God’s name do I make contact WITH this “Support Person/Group/Forum”???

    Try this link:

    You should see just below the heading “Everything else WordPress Forum” and to the left a button titled “+ Create Topic”. Click on this button and start your enquiry.

    If the button isn’t there then it has something to do with spending enough time on the forum before you can post. If so, then posting a few times like you did on mine should meet that requirement.

    Let me know whether this works or not.
