Media images break when rewrite mod on in IIS7

  • Our wordpress is installed on a Windows server running IIS7. After I was setting up some pages, I noticed that all of the links included index.php in them (i.e. https://localhost/index.php/products/). After doing some research, I found out that IIS7 has a flaw that does this, and to fix it, I needed to install a URL Rewrite Mod, as well as update my web.config file. I did this, and it worked great. However, now any new image I load doesn’t show up in the media library. Is there a fix for this?
