Media is populated with broken images after a wordpress move.

I was given a folder that had all of an old site’s information in it and asked to upload it to a new server. I stumbled my way through this process and have what looks like everything working now besides the images. The media directory shows itself to be populated but all of the images are broken. I cannot find them anywhere and am quite confused.

The URL never changed either.

Help please.
