    Hello,

Is there a know issue about accessing Media library in translated pages ?

I only have 2 translations. Default language is french and the translation is english.
On the WordPress backend > Pages, when editing a default page (fr) I can access Media library by clicking on “Add a media”, but when editing a translated page (en) when I click on “Add a media”, impossible to access the library. “No element found”.

I notice this issue not only on editing Pages but when creating one the same issue occurs too. Same thing for editing/creating translated Posts.

    Thanx for your feedback.

    Hi,

Media are filtered according to the page language. When editing an English page, only Engish media are visible. So, either you translate your media, or you deactivate the language management for media in Polylang options (note that, in that case, existing media will keep their language, so only new uploaded media will be visible in the 2 languages).

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your very clear explanation. I chosed the option to deactivate the Media Management (there are only photos without the need for languages distinction) and I re-uploaded some images that were already present in order to be able to see them again in my edited Pages/Posts.

It works wonderfully, thank you for your support.

I have a question somewhat similar but concerning the Comments, but in order to avoid putting the bazaar, I will open another subject and marked this one resolved.

    Thanks again
