• Hello everyone, i have a wordpress website with the IMPREZA THEME. But i can’t see my images in media library nor the website. the images only show if you go to edit mode. but the image link shows an error and doesn’t display.
i have tried disabeling all the plugins. Changed wordpress theme. Changing permission settings in ftp upload folders (The images appear there).

The hosting provider says to try a media library management plug in, i tried several none worked.
i think this started when i updated wordpress version and theme version, but not really sure.

i don’t know what else to do. Any ideas?
    thank you so much

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

You should check in settigns -> media if your media upload path is set to default and to try to downgrade PHP version.

    Thank you for your reply.

In media settings i can’t see or change the upload path. However i checked trough ftp, and the files are uploading to wp-content/upload folder (Divided in monthly folders). My PHP version is at 7.2. Downgraded it to 7.1. No results.

    Best Regards

    You are welcome.

Looks like a permission issue as you can see on the screenshot -> https://i.imgur.com/WRJoZ6g.png

you should try to reset all permissions.

If you don’t know how to do it ping me.

    Best Regards,
    Dragan

Hi, thank you for your reply
previously i had changed the permissions through my ftp.
because of what you said i instaled a wp all in one security plugin and set all to default permisions (To try a different approach).
they reverted to their original 755 and 644. Wp-config at 640.

same results as yours in dev.tools
Gonna try my hosting provider again. because i am really running out of ideias

    Thank you
    best regards
