Media Library File Does Not Open

  • Hello,
    Is anyone else having problems with the media library file? For the past 3 days I’ve not been able to access the media library file to add images to blog posts. I have 2 websites where this is happening. There’s a little round, grey colored disc that keeps spinning. I guess trying to open. I’ve left it alone for quite a while and it still spins… checked my plugins, all up to date – even deactivated to see if a plugin was causing the problem …
    can’t figure this out … ideas?

    Check your file links, also try to open those images in “New tab” from the development console of your browser.

    If you using some kind of caching plugins – clear your cache.

    have no cache plugin
    not able to add the images into post or featured post …
    cleared cache

    ??
