Media library – files from other pages

Hi,

As a new ad agency i need some help regarding an odd issue. Media library from one site we’re working on contains files from other sites/layouts we’re working on. How is this even possible and how to fix it so files don’t cross/upload to other media library?

Are you using multisite? Or did you migrate your site from one place to another?
Did someone use a plugin to mass upload some media? Or one that uploads an entire zip file? Is it just the names or are the files the same?
