Media Library Folders doesn’t load

  • Hi,

    When trying to open the Media Library Folders, the folder tree doesn’t load and just hangs there, making entire site to hang. Is see this PHP error in my Nginx log file:

    PHP message: WordPress database error Column 'folder_id' cannot be null for query INSERT INTOwp_mgmlp_folders(post_id,folder_id) VALUES (183199, NULL) made by wp_ajax_upload_attachment, media_handle_upload, wp_generate_attachment_metadata, apply_filters('wp_generate_attachment_metadata'), WP_Hook->apply_filters, MaxGalleriaMediaLib->add_attachment_to_folder2, MaxGalleriaMediaLib->add_new_folder_parent

    I tried the proposed solution of reseting the database from Folder Tree Not Loading solution, it doesn’t work.

    Can you help me to troubleshoot the issue?

    Probably the folder tree is not loading due to a missing folder in the database. Could you open the Display Folder Data page in the Media Library Folders Reset plugin? Highlight, copy and paste the information into an email and send it to support at maxfoundry.com and mention ‘Media Library Folders doesn’t load’ in the subject line.
