Media Library – how can I get those photos into NextGen?

    Am Newbie. Just started supporting a website whose photo library is uploaded by another person in another state into the Media Library within the WordPress site. I must use these photos in galleries. How can I pull them in to Next GEN? I do not have access to the originals, and NextGen only gives me the option of uploading from my own computer.
    There is probably an obvious answer. I am grateful for anyone’s reply.

    @chordeonarts – You should be able to import those images under Gallery > Add Gallery / Images … look for this: https://screencast.com/t/4XyZ2H0ni

    You will likely need to exclude the various “thumbnail” images from the media folder as well so that you are left with just the “original” uploaded images.
