Media Library – I can't insert on post or page

  • Hi I upload a media file on the library everything show ok. If i enter on library i can see the media there. So, when i try to insert this media on post or page.
    (Add post -> add media -> from library) I can’t saw the media file on the library pop up.
    Someone help me?

    always happened?
    have you tried another image, ie is it this particular image, or any new image.
    Have you tried re-uploading this image – sometimes they don’t finish uploading correctly.
