Media library icons not displaying

    anyone having issues with the the media library when uploading the image to the site, the media library does not display the icon of the photo plus the view attachment also does not display?

    Plugins turned off

    size of image 1280 x 400 (varies also)

    using third party theme that works on another site.

    Latest version 3.8

    If you temporarily switch to the default twentyfourteen theme does this still occur?

    Yes cubecolour, it did still occur:

    I went to settings > media
    Then i input my largest image file size in the large field to 1280 x 1024 and it seemed to do the trick. I loaded more images in the media library and have no further issues at this time.
