Media library is not showing uploaded images

  • I need a help from expert to solve the problem about media library. I am using wordpress 4.5.2 version . when i am uploading an image for my site and attached it everything is fine. But after that i do not find that image in my media library though that image is still showing in my site.so i cant reuse that image.if i upload again same image it changes its name like logo.jpg to logo-1.jpg thats mean my previous logo.jpg existing. if i search that image it also not showing.
    could any one suggest me what is the solution? please i need help to sort out this problem.

  • Try this: un-ticked the box that says “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” in -> Settings –>Media.

    Same problem as above. Tried all the various suggestions including changing file permissions to the folder, etc.

    I’m new to wordpress…first time using it and trying to develop my site, but am using Yahoo Small Business, so I don’t know if that is not helping.

    Please check “Store uploads in this folder” path in -> Settings –>Media
