Media Library not loading

    I know there are many posts on this subject but I am at a loss here. My media library just will not load now – blank screen! (see attached). I have disabled ALL plugins- same result. This happens frequently, and usually when it does, I also cannot toggle between ‘Text’ and ‘Visual’ on page edits. Strange thing is, it worked OK yesterday with all my plugins enabled, then while in the same session, all of a sudden – no library displayed. I did upload a few new pics during the session but have tried temporarily removing all but 2 images from the Uploads folder but still the same problem. I note that when I load an image there are many copies (12) with varying sizes – presumably a plugin (maybe Jetpack). Site is https://www.poncesuiteshotel.com.

    Clarification – the ‘blank screen’ mentioned above is NOT really a blank screen. The page starts to load, displays ‘Media Library’ and ‘Add New’ button and that’s it except sometimes (I suspect if load is really slow) it also shows the selection bar and search area.

    UPDATE – I have switched to another user and all seems to be working for that user!! If anyone can even attempt to explain why this would/could happen it will be much appreciated. What could affect just one user when presumably the same files are being accessed to load/edit posts/pages. BOTH users are administrators.

    Further Update: Lost internet connection and when re-connected the problem was there again!! No media library displayed and cannot switch between Text and Visual on page edit! Tried different users (admin) but no luck!! HELP!!
