I have the same problem also… Blank media page and if I want to add a feature image to a post, it opens a blank page too.

I get those errors:
underscore.min.js?ver=1.8.3:5 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot use ‘in’ operator to search for ‘model’ in undefined
wp-auth-check.js?ver=4.5.1:9 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined
