Media Library not loading with Ultimate Member

Hello,
I love the ultimate member plugin. However, during my latest install and activation of the plugin on one of my websites, the media library does not load any images when Ultimate member is installed and activated. The little circle just continues to circle and no images display. In order to get the media library to load and work properly, I have to deactivate Ultimate Member, do my work within the media library (adding images to pages, uploading images, etc.), and then go back to re-activate Ultimate Member. Do you have any suggestion or heard of this issue before? All my plugins, wordpress, themes are updated to the latest versions.
