Media Library not showing images

Have a look under Tools > Site Health to see if any anomalies are mentioned there?

The information there does not directly concern the image output, even if the errors are important and you should definitely try to solve them. The wrong time zone in particular could be problematic – perhaps also in relation to images if they are saved in year-month directories.

I set the correct UTC time, but continue to get error.
