Media Library not showing images in List View

  • Hi,
    Recently, I am having an issue with the media library, which does not show me image thumbnails in the List View/mode. It shows them in the Gallery View only and in the List view it shows them as broken as in the scrn. below:

    I have tried different file accesses to the image uploads folder but that is not the case.
    A typical problem is WordPress not showing images in the Gallery mode, but in my case its the opposite.
    Any hints please?
